We had such a nice visit when David's family came to see us in Pittsburgh. I feel a little guilty posting all these pictures of all the fun we had. When my parents were here I was sore, exhausted, and having blood pressure problems so we didn't get to do much outside of the house.
Nana with Rex and John David.

John David pulling Eliza around the yard with his wagon. He weighs 31.5 pounds, she weighs 44. Heave-ho!!

Eliza playing in the ball pit. :)

John David LOVED the balls!

Upset, kicking & crying after he had to get out of the balls and put his shoes back on.

Riding the Hot Air Balloon ride.

Eating kettle corn (Mmmm!) at "Soak Zone"---the water park at Idlewild.

Riding motorcycles.

Waiting for the train at Idlewild.

On the train.
John David loved having his cousin to splash around with in the bathtub!

Eliza & Dolly.
Dolly & Eliza walking back home from the park. They stopped at every corner, waiting for the rest of us to catch up.

Dawn chowin' down! One of her friends recommended Primanti's to her. I wasn't super enthusiastic about going because we'd tried one of their "famous" sandwiches a while back at PNC Park (the baseball field). After all the hype, I was underwhelmed. But Dawn really wanted to try it so we went to the Primanti's on Pitt campus. I have to admit, the sandwiches were VERY good. Guess you can't judge food when you eat it at a ball park! We even went back a few days later.

Dawn took this picture of us at Primanti's. The first one was blah. I told David, "Act like you love me." And this was the next shot. Much better, eh?!
